Listening to Short Stories
Today we listened to two short stories, The Good Samaritan and The Goose the Laid the Golden Egg. We created story maps for each of them, and began writing one-sentence summaries for each.
Homework
After listening to two stories and creating story maps for each, students should write two one-sentence summaries on a clean sheet of B5 notebook paper. Students are not required to include the paragraph summaries if they use them, but may if they want to.
